1. Donations
- All donations made to Nayasabera are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
- Donors are requested to verify the amount and details carefully before making a contribution.
- As per *Income Tax Act, 1961, eligible donations will receive a receipt which can be used for claiming benefits under *Section 80G, if applicable.
2. Payments for Services (if applicable)
If any payment is made for services, events, or programs conducted by Nayasabera:
- Refund requests will be entertained only if the service/event is cancelled by Nayasabera.
- In such cases, the refund request must be raised within 7 calendar days from the payment date.
- No refund will be processed for services/events already delivered or attended.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe a payment has been made in error:
- Contact us at info@nayasabera.in within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide your full name, contact details, transaction ID, payment date, and reason for the request.
- Refund approvals will be at the sole discretion of Nayasabera Management.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds (only for eligible service payments) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- Nayasabera is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or third-party platforms.
