Nationwide Unemployment Survey by NAYASABERA
In our effort to create data-driven solutions for India’s youth, NAYASABERA NGO conducts large-scale Unemployment Surveys across urban and rural communities. Our mission is to identify the root causes of joblessness, map skill gaps, and highlight regions most affected by unemployment. The data collected becomes the foundation for advocacy, policy suggestions, and tailor-made training programs like our BFSI vertical.
Key Objectives of the Survey:
Track Unemployment Trends: Analyze jobless rates, skill deficits, and education-to-employment gaps across age groups.
Identify Vulnerable Populations: Special focus on women, youth, and marginalized communities who face chronic unemployment.
Enable Evidence-Based Programs: Channel insights into designing relevant skill training and job placement strategies.
Collaborate with Employers & Policymakers: Share survey findings to influence employment policies and CSR involvement.
This initiative is crucial in building an inclusive ecosystem where no talent goes unnoticed and every individual gets a chance to earn with dignity.
